Josh Goodall is ranked 232 in the World and his prize money averaged £30,000 for the last 8 years.
Goodall's prize money is dwarfed by the winning's of Andy Murray who has made £15.4 million.
"If I don't see myself getting closer to the top 150 by next summer I will take a look at what I want to get out of this," Goodall said. "I'm 27 and I've got bills to pay" he continued to say.
Goodall's income is being helped by the Lawn Tennis Association bonus scheme. This aims to help players stay in the game for longer and gives them extra money based on their performance. Goodall received £10,000 from the scheme last year and he admits that without the money he may not have been able to continue his career last season.
