The world number one has set-up a semi-final encounter with Juan Martin Del Potro who looked like he would retire from his match after a hard fall on his knee.
Djokovic is one of only two players yet to drop a set at this years championships after a 7-6 6-4 victory over Berdych.
"I am really happy with the performance. I am playing some of the best tennis on grass of my career," Djokovic said.
"It was a very close match, it could have gone either way. He could have won the first two sets, he had a double break in the second.
"I don't know how I managed to go ahead, I don't know how I turned it around."
Djokovic hit 15 winners and only two unforced errors on his way to winning the first set. The Serb had to battle in a tie-break to take the opener.

A lapse of concentration from Berydch allowed Djokovic to cease the opportunity to level the set at 3-3.
The Czech player failed to make any dent in Djokovic's game with his serve, giving his opponent the set after a forehand hit the net.
Djokovic took the early lead in the third set after two double faults from Berdych giving the Serb a 3-1 lead. The world number one kept Berdych at bay in the remainder of set to reach his 13th consecutive grand slam semi-final.
