Djokovic will focus on grand slam's in 2014

Following his ATP World Tour Final win on Monday, Novak Djokovic has said he's looking to add more grand slam titles to his collection rather than focusing on the world number one spot in 2014.

The Serb defeated world number one Rafael Nadal 6-3 6-4 to retain his world tour final title.

But Djokovic's eyes are now set on retaining a fourth straight Australian Open title in January.

"The Grand Slams are the tournaments where I want to win, where I want to get my hands on the title," he said.

"That will be my highest priority for next year."

The six-time grand slam winner is unbeaten in a 22 match winning streak and is looking to carry the momentum into next year.

Djokovic also praised Nadal for his incredible comeback this season and for taking the sports top ranking position.

"The year-end number one is deservedly in Nadal's hands because he had two Grand Slam wins, the best season out of all players, the most titles," said Djokovic.

The world number two is now heading onto Belgrade to take part in the Davis Cup final against the Czech Republic.
